Superhero

from Out of the Emptiness by The Rain

/

about

Andrew White - an internationally-acclaimed fingerstyle guitarist, teamed up with Steve Harley and James Bond of Remedy, to form a recording project called The Rain. This brought forth a full-length CD, "out of the emptiness". This is the first track on that album.

lyrics

When the rain come down
on Sockie Hall street
on a James Dean day
Pale, incomplete
When life's demanding
just lose control
be the Superhero, baby
let's rock and roll!

Ch:
Superhero, I've come to save your town
Superhero, I won't let you down
Superhero, I need to feel your human touch
'cause we can only take so much....

And the music plays in St. George's square
secretly stealing the time and your unaware
You were in disguise but you can't fool me
I got X-ray eyes. I see all there is to see.
And I see you.
